Young Minds

The Young Minds in Regenerative Medicine Program is a commitment by the Regenerative Medicine Foundation to recognize and support promising young clinicians within 2 years of completing their training or MBA students looking to extend their training specifically in the area of regenerative medicine. This year, four unrestricted career development awards of $90,000 (USD) will be available. Applicants must be citizens or permanent residents of the United States.

All award recipients will present their research and findings with their sponsor research institution or company representative at the following year’s Translational Regenerative Medicine Forum.

Eligibility

To enter the Regenerative Medicine Awards Program, candidates are invited to submit a proposal of scientific merit demonstrating academic promise and how winning an award will assist in the advancement of their career and the field of regenerative medicine. Proposals can cover a range of activities including research, educational efforts, travel, salary support and materials.

Eligibility will be determined prior to the formal application announcement. It is recommended that applicants contact the Foundation office to obtain a copy of the printed announcement, which provides additional details before preparing their application.

The Regenerative Medicine Foundation Scientific Advisory Council is a nationally selected group of leading regenerative medicine experts. Members of the Scientific Advisory Council will review all applications and select recipients. Additionally, the Scientific Advisory Council will choose and approve the placement of recipients where applicable.
